A small builder with a long view.
Round Here Renovations renovates, expands and builds homes across intown Atlanta. We take on a select number of projects each year, so each one gets the attention it deserves.
Old houses deserve patience.
Original trim, floors, mantels and windows are restored wherever they can be. What we add is built to belong.
The best work is the work you never see.
Sound framing, careful air sealing, proper flashing. Building science that keeps a house durable, efficient and healthy for decades.
Clear answers make for good projects.
Scope, cost and schedule in writing from the start. When something changes, you hear about it plainly and early, with options.
We build for the neighbors, too.
A clean, organized job site and real consideration for the street. We call Grant Park home, and these are our neighborhoods too.
Personal service and detailed craftsmanship, for a select group of clients in the neighborhoods we call home.
